Membership from only £12.99 per month (this includes all classes) and can include being able to use our other gym in Peterborough.
Concession membership is only £12.99 per month for those on low incomes, students and those ages 60+. Standard membership is £18.99 a month.
You will receive four free Personal Training Sessions with every direct debit monthly membership purchase.
We are open 7 days a week 24/7 apart from Bank Holidays.
Please note: if you do visit the gym outside of regular hours then there will only be one member of staff on reception and there may be a short wait before you can go in.

First Workshop – 25 January 1:30pm – 3:30pm
Our Mind & Body follow the seasons and are influenced by our lifestyle, age, time and environment.
Listening to our own nature and developing a Sattvic attitude for a good health, it is respecting the natural cycles of nature and the seasons.
We have all experienced winter’s inconveniences with dry skin, irregular sleep, anxiety, joint pain and depression. Let’s practice an Integral Yoga to help to manage our emotions during the winter.
Second Workshop – 7 March 1:30pm – 3:30pm
Listening to our own nature and developing a positive attitude for a good health, it is respecting the natural cycles of nature and the seasons.
We all need to detoxify and get rid of this winter lethargy and our sadness. Join the workshop “Rasa Yoga for the Spring season” for an Integral Yoga practice to re-energise and to boost the immune System.
We provide sessions for people with long term conditions and disabilities, working along side a volunteer, and family members/care workers who supports them through their exercise session, on a one-to-one basis.
