We are open 7 days a week and have the following opening hours:

 

  • Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 9pm
  • Fridays: 7:30am – 8pm
  • Weekends: 9am – 5pm

Class Descriptions

 

AB Blast
30 minute high intensity training on the abdominal and lumbar area, improve core stability and shape.

Combat
Empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. Punch and kick your way to fitness.

FitCircuit
Work round different stations to improve shape, strength and body conditioning.

Hatha Yoga
Use postures (asanas), and breathing techniques with the goal of bringing about a strong, sound, healthy body.

Pilates
Promotes co–ordination, strength, balance, posture, leanness, flexibility and core stability.

PIYO
Low impact, high energy, strengthening and flexibility. Suitable for everyone.

Pump-it
Using body weight, barbells, dumbbells and kettle bells, define and strengthen your whole body in a group setting.

Senior Circuit
Mixed exercise stations for strength endurance at a level suitable for the age group.

 

Senior Fitness
Combination of circuit and group exercise. Working on strength, balance, flexibility and a healthy heart.

Stroke Group
For stroke survivors working on functional exercise and improving balance and strength.

Tai Chi
Reduce stress and anxiety. Increase flexibility and balance, a graceful form of exercise that’s now used for stress reduction and a variety of other health conditions. Often described as meditation in motion.

Thai Fit
Cardiovascular workout based on some of the training techniques for Thai Boxing. It includes bag and pad work at a basic level.

Yoga
Learn the basic yoga poses and learn how to breathe. This class is great to give you the yoga foundations.

Zumba
Latin inspired, easy to follow fitness dance routines, with a party atmosphere.

Zumba Gold
A low impact, modified version of the Zumba Fitness programme. Perfect for active older adults, beginners and anyone who would like to exercise at a lower intensity.
