At 17 Mark was involved in a road traffic accident. His head injuries were life changing; the impact had destroyed his optic nerve leaving mark with no residual sight whatsoever. Mark has agreed to share his story with us.

Ryan Clarke our lovely volunteer gym instructor has just won 2 gold medals at the Special Olympics in Sheffield. Ryan competes in swimming and this year he won 100 metres Individual medley and the relay with his team mates. Big congratulations and well done to him
