Stretch & Relax with Katy
Sunset stretch is a mix of yoga flow and dance stretches, a calm and gentle class to work on flexibility whilst conditioning your body and well-being.
Brazillian Rhythms with Raquel
Embark on an adventure through the different flavors of Brazil with rhythms such as samba, Brazilian funk, Brega funk, axé, piseiro, and others. You will have a combination of dance steps and techniques followed by a cardio party with Carnaval vibes.
Yoga with Floss
Fun, explorative, and sometimes challenging; a vinyasa styled class focussed on enquiring into the knowledge of self - anatomically and philosophically! Characterised by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly.
Dance Aerobics with Katy
Good old school aerobics class with music you all know, simple fun routines improving coordination and cardiovascular system.
Yoga Flow with Daisy
I’m all about having fun, and trying things out with a playful attitude while building strength as well as flexibility. A yoga flow practice makes you strong, and stable and improves posture. Relax and calm your mind for a better night’s sleep.
Integral Yoga with Yolande
Is a holistic approach to practice effectively incorporating breathing, moving and relaxing to connect deeply with your psyche. The benefits of this approach to Yoga provide a deep sense of stress relief and good results for your concentration.
Zumba with Marta
This is a Latin inspired fitness class and the perfect way to exercise your whole body while having lots of fun. This class includes some Latin and other international rhythms and it is suitable for anyone willing to move and sweat. Every class feels like a party, especially if you come with your friends!
Pilates with Elena
A form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength and movement precision. Pilates workouts help to improve posture, flexibility, balance and general fitness; it is a great way for recovering after an injury, improving body control and increasing mobility.
Zumba with Raquel
You don’t need to know how to dance to be able to come and join me, I can promise you it will be the happiest hour of your day, full of rhythms from all around the globe! Zumba not only feeds your body but all also your mind and soul.
Pole Fit with Hazel & James
A whole-body workout, building serious upper body and core strength, coordination, and flexibility. Combining strength, dance, and cardio, it improves the biceps, triceps, legs, bottom, shoulders, chest, back, abdominals, core, and hips. You will find this class highly rewarding.
Zumba Dance & Tone with Karen
Latin and international dance styles with low to high-intensity moves to create an interval-style, calorie-burning ‘exercise in disguise’ dance fitness party. FUN is an easy-to-follow class combining cardio, strength, and toning elements for a total body workout. Improve your physical and mental health, sculpt and tone your body whilst dancing away any stress.
Pump It with Dickie
Toning all areas with a barbell upper body workout and finish with some Legs bums and tums.
Zumba Gold Dance Fitness with Karen
Lower impact class. Simple fun routines - focus on improving balance, range of motion, coordination, strength, and muscle conditioning whilst burning calories and learning an array of dance styles.
Pure Core and Glutes with Karim
Works on those specific areas to tone and tighten those core muscles and the backside! Adaptable and suitable for all fitness levels.
